1. OK so I've been looking up some colthes to buy before I set out...
I found the Converse All Stars I want, but they're 40 bucks!  Is there anywhere that sells these at a discount? 2. I don't want "emo" jeans but I want some loose fitting boot cut or boyfriend jeans that are kinda "brown" and/or dark colored and would look a little emo but not to the point where I would be giving into the trend of "emo pants". Is there a place that sells jeans like this, at a mall or something? 3. Some screen tees! Something that almost looks emo but leans more toward skater/punk. Where can I find stuff like that? THE END.  Seriously though - my family could only *afford* clothes at places like Goodwill and Salvation Army when I was growing up. It's hit and miss. Sometimes you find great things there, sometimes you find crap. It's just the name of the game. Just a hint of advice from an oldtimer (in life, not necessarily at cB). Dress in what you *like*. I can't say enough how annoyingly frustrating it is when I hear people ask for advice regarding "emo" clothes. |
