I searched, didn't find anything much similar to this topic.
What do you do to get rid of your unwanted emotions. Such as anger, jealousy, sadness, contempt, heartbreak. Do you get in a fight with the person who brought on a few of those feelings ? Do you write about it in your online journal ( Lol ) ? Do you write in an actual journal ? Do you turn your music up so loud that when you scream, no one can hear you ? I usually find myself writing about it while listening to music that usually sings a little of what im feeling, and then I bake. Writing about it, just lets me see everything in front of my eyes. And it's a huge relief. The music, I can't even explain. It just opens me up and I feel better. And for baking, I like just getting lost in all the measurements and whatnot. Plus I cook really well ![]() |

I break into someones house and take a huge shit in their living room.
Imagine the look on their faces when they wake up and find a steaming turd hanging out on their carpet. |
