Just wondering, cuz some of my friends have really bad cramps, but i just feel uneasy.

this one time, I had a burst of such bad cramps, I couldn't move. I had to run to the nearest couch or bed, and curl up into a ball. those cramps really interrupt my life and I hate that! luckily, they don't come as often anymore then they use to. :)
