Just wondering, cuz some of my friends have really bad cramps, but i just feel uneasy.

my is pretty bad. they hurt like hell when i get it the frist day . but can deal with it. now i dont get them cause my mom gave me there pile that can stop them from comeing. i eat them every morining
my mom awaly say eating cold thing can give u cramp |
