I admit that I have subscribed to myself on my aim. I don't know why, but having that one extra name show up on your buddy list really makes me happy.

Yeah, it's kind of like a safety thing or something that alerts me if my AIM is messed up. Awhile ago, when I signed on AIM a bunch of people were signed off...me included so that was a dead give away something was f*cked up.
