First i would just like to anounce that do not know how to use a curling iron. sad huh?
 I was wondering how to people get flares in their hair? or even curls? isn't that why they call a 'curling' iron a 'curling' iron...since it curls hair? I was just wondering.  k thanx.

^ An iron.. that curls your hair..
 I don't use it much. You just heat it up, wrap it around your hair, let it stay for a couple of seconds, and BOOM! Curly hair.
