I always end up setting trends, I never follow. I'll see soemthing cute that I think I would look good in like in a movie or at a rummage sale or whatever, and it seems like within 6 months people are wearing them all the time. I used to turn my shirts into 1 sleeved tops, and then not much later people started selling them again. Its always been that way for me. I love fashion, I love looking good, and I shop a lot at trendy stores, but I'm not into buying what other people buy just because its trendy. I have a very good sense of self so I know what looks good and what doesnt, so I buy what I like and what I look fabulous in. there have been months where I never bought anything at all because everything out was boring or drab or ugly to me. Like baby doll tops, the ones that make people look pregnant. Its a fact. I will never buy one because they make me look pregnant. They even make skinny people look pregnant. So the morons who mindlessly follow fashion trends like stirrups and tapered leg jeans (80s and 90s stuff) can look stupid. But ten years from now I won't be the one looking back in my photos and going "what was I thinking?!?! I look so FAT!!"
