Maybe you guys don't understand what I mean, I tried to make the question easy.
I have a question about cutting background on fireworks. What should I do if I want to cut the tiny area of the picture's background(below)?

I like to use the pen tool. I don't have Fireworks at home, but it's the only program that's better than paint at school, so yeah. If you learn how to use the pen tool properly, it'll make everything look much smoother, and you don't have to hold down the cursor the whole time, unlike the lasso.
