If people use the url that you have for your music, and they put it on their site then your bandwith will be getting used by other people which means if too many people use it, your bandwith could be exceeded. Then once it's exceeded you'll just have to delete the file off of your account so that your bandwith won't be used by others. They'll still have the url but once you've deleted the file. it's not possible for them to use it anymore.
