no submit button, help please Options

i made a friends list at www.r4wr.com/friends/
but when i click preview.. there is no submit button
so i cant submit it
and when i do the manual submit button thing
it just goes straight to that screen without the submit button
is there something wrong with my code?

Manual submit button instead it's a lot easier, I must say since I don't have any problems with it yet, oh yeah and that's how it's suppose to be because the custom friend list blocks the button.
