i have a bunch of those teachers at my school. they just make random assumptions that ur doing something bad, and they get u in trouble.
 has something like that ever happen to u?

Yeah. My 6th grade reading teacher gave me a detention for telling the boy next to me to be quiet....and she told my mom that I had an attitude problem towards HER and kept talking back...
