to change the shape of your leg? well not the shape.[[ your calf muscles.]] but like..the thickness or whatever. to make it slimmer? does anyone know any workouts that will slim it down but not like..make it huge and muscely? THANKS. it would help so much if you had any ideas

i think squats or lunges help.
squats- legs shoulder width apart, slowly bend down with your arms in front of you. lean slightly forward so there isn't as much pressure on your knees. go back up, repeat. something like that lunges- lean forward. have one knee go up in a kneeling position, and the other knee goes down and almost but doesn't touch the floor. get back up, do the other leg, repeat. I want to know a specific workout for slimming thighs... that's my problem ![]() |
