I apologize for posting this more than once, but it's been a few days I believe, and I can't find my original post. But I've updated my screenshots and made the questions clearer...

Could someone help me with this border problem?

This is the code that I used to add borders. If you need my entire code for everything, let me know, but it's long and I'd rather not post it.
