Unrequieted

He bids me farewell in the ocean of icy blues
Drawing simple lines of devout yet unrequieted love
Using my heart as his cage of lust
Burying it between the depths of his pages

Sitting in an ocean of ignorance
His heart lies somewhere else
In a meaning deeper than what I can offer
I can never sing him the song of life
Or give him the wine he desperately thrists

Such a cold winter it was under those grey trees
My eyes first glimpsed the artist of life
A radiating figure sketching his life in an ocean of white
Filling the empty void with dark shades of color

Blissful voices of admiration
"A young girl with interest,"
A man of his age, it was considered an abomination
Closing in his book of scenes
I want more of this foolishness
Rather it ended in a single second

A wave goodbye was what I needed
I looked back and yet he didn't
A relationship not mutual to that of mine
His heart embed to my passionate secret
Holding onto an inevitable wish
He will never know of what I dream in my sleep

It's good. I don't really know what to say. I've read so many poems, but yes it was very interesting.
