This has more to do with just the MySpace sector. I have been trying to submit a layout of mine, and it keeps telling me I do not have permission to post a new topic here. At first I thought maybe I didn't have enough posts, but it is still happening. I have seen people with four posts submit them, so I don't know what it wrong.

I was also submitting a layout to the gallery, and I filled out all of the fields, and when I submitted it, it said that I did not fill out all of the required fields. Any reason why?
