i have.. a problem.
i can't gain weight. no matter what. i've tried eating more junk food, and i've stayed about 85ish pounds since like, the 4th grade. And i've noticed i've been eating a lot less. i dont have an appetite a lot anymore. my mom says it's nothing. i think i'm underweight based on my BMI and stuff, but she says i'm not.  i do not believe her.do you have any suggestions on what to do to gain weight heathily? |

Work out...muscles weigh more than fat. HOWEVER, don't think that weight's all that matters...just as long as you're not getting any health problems regarding it.
