is it possble? to center the tables and such WITHOUT centerting the stuff inside of the tables? i want to center the tables so it all lines up but i want to keep the text align at justify.

Yes for now I haven't found a code that actually works for everyone so one way to do is is to take the following code and where it says padding make that number lower till the tables are where you want them.
