Imperfect, written 2004, recently re-found Options

Imperfect
I know that i'm not perfect,
but who is to judge?...
to define such...
impossibility?
If it's not me,
the owner of my own soul,
the artilary of my own war,
then who could it be?
No One
not even God himself could justify,
the failure that i am.
for the unbalanced tendencies,
of my brain and heart,
make me less of a man.
And still i stand before you.
Imperfect
and perfectly happy.

This poem is short and simple. I like how it's straight up about what the poems about. It's true though; I'm imperfect. And I'm happy. Good job.
