I hate to say it but Lil' Wayne is better than Jay-z. Hear me out before we hang me but Jay-z has borrowed a lot of lines. Wayne has borrowed a few but not on the level of Jay-z. Wayne has modeledhis style behind him but with less borrowing making him better.

Settle it out on the stage. That's the only way to know, not by written raps, not by records sold, not by how good the musics are, but skills from freestyling.
