my friend,oliver joined a competition---string essemble
he got third,but he wanted the first price. i just said"perhaps just because of stress,u guys cant elaborate their strengths,just dun be too stress and thats ok=)" he though i was INCHING/INSULTING HIM LOL.  and he said"i hate you"to me what should i do?say sorry to him or...?but i didnt say any wrong things and I MUST ADMIT THAT IM NOT INCHING HIM. help me please

Yeah, I don't think non-Cantonese createBlog members know what "inching" means. =p "Inching" basically means like, being sarcastic or critical, and throwing a rude comment at someone.
So...you didn't say any wrong things but you DO admit you were inching him? Well, then, really, you DID say some wrong things. Apologize. If he THINKS you inched him, he probably has good reason to. Talk to him and explain yourself. If you didn't mean it like that, make it clear to him. Good luck. |
