prom boy dilemma.. Options

This is kind of stupid but ok here it goes. My friend told me that this guy was going to ask me to prom. Then I found out that it was the same guy who asked me out last year, and then starting like my sister this year.Basically every guy I like, try to like or anyone that actually asks me out ends up asking out my sister or say shes hot or something. But thats besides the point. I don't know what to say to him or if I should even go with him. My friend really wants me to, and she said that she would go with him if I didn't..lol. He seems nice and he's really smart and stuff but it's just weird, I barely know him & I would feel so bad saying no, he'd think I was a total jerk. I was kind of planning on just going with three of my friends. Theres just not as much stress in it that way, I get really nervous and extremely shy because I've never really had a real boyfriend before.He asked me if I wanted to go to the taste of chaos (amazing tour) with him because he won tickets, but I still haven't replied.

hmmm well its ur PROM so you should do what you feel just tell him no if you really dont want to and is the (amazing tour) thingy before the prom cus if it is go and see his personality and then if you like him a little say you will go in my opnion it should work but if you dont want to go with him say no because you dont want to regret anything
