By this definition, I'll vote both. But the snarky in me will also add that coffee, soda, chocolate, alcohol, and many other items would also be considered a "drug" as well.  Is your project geared towards addictive drugs? Illegal drugs (well, obviously cigarettes are not illegal), but should they be? I guess there's a bit of ambiguity in the your question. |
