I've heard that you have to be at least 17 years old to buy a game that's M-Rated. Is it possible for someone younger to buy it?
I want GTA:LCS, however it's M rated. And I want to buy it myself, since I have the money and my parents wouldn't buy me any game at all. What stores sell people younger than 17 M-rated games? Thanks. |

Im sorry, what? Since when is it illegal to sell m-rated games to minors? Sure, they've been trying to pass laws all over the country, but case after case has been deemed unconstitutional under the first amendment.
Now, whether or not its company policy for kids to buy, thats debateable. It is not however illegal. |
