is there a way you can make ur div layout backround on photoshop?
how do u make the table and the back round and how do u know what size it should be? im lost |

You can't actually make a div layout in photoshop, just the image..
You make the table when you code, but if you want something like borders or something, you can use the marquee tool, select, and then stroke.  You can make the background anyway you want.. Be creaticve.  It can be any size you want.
