I suck in my tummy to look thinner.
will this affect anyother aspects of my body? like, will it destort my ba- ck--»¿?¿  Also, I cant stand f-or lond periouds of a time, becasue my back and legs realy start to hu- rt. Please tell me. I'm a little worr- ied. and, one more thing...how can other people tell you suck it? cuz i was with my couson at the pool an d she said "why are you sucking in , niine?" and im like "oh...i'm just cold." and ever cents then i have been wondering how she knew! ok-->»> |

The reason why sucking in your tummy is obvious is because it kinda widens your stomach not in fat wise but it looks like your curves are widened out. Just diet and excercise. No need to suck in any stomachs.
