I suck in my tummy to look thinner.
will this affect anyother aspects of my body? like, will it destort my ba- ck--»¿?¿ ![]() or lond periouds of a time, becasue my back and legs realy start to hu- rt. Please tell me. I'm a little worr- ied. and, one more thing...how can other people tell you suck it? cuz i was with my couson at the pool an d she said "why are you sucking in , niine?" and im like "oh...i'm just cold." and ever cents then i have been wondering how she knew! ok-->»> |

yea just diet, run and lift. i play football and im an o-lineman. before the season i was 280 at 5'10". (a healthier 280 than you think) and during the season i was 270. so at new years i made my resolution, get thinner, build even more muscle, and play fullback in college. well, im 240 now, thats 30lbs in about 7 weeks. not bad eh? the thing is, when you diet, dont quit, you can not do that, you might see that the scale says you lost 2lbs in one week, but you still are lowering your body fat %, so never quit even if the weight goes down slowly.
And at first it is kind of tough, but after a few weeks, the hunger aspect and pain from excercising passes, and you will cruise. Believe me, it works, i cut down my diet, i got in the weight room (which i have to do anyway for college football, so thats nothing new, just off season training) and i get on the treadmill and run about a mile and a half or 15 minutes every other night. not too bad, i enjoy it. And believe me, its nice, b/c i have gotten compliments from EVERYONE about how good i look now, its a pretty good motivater, and wouldn't it be nice not to have to worry about that anymore? dont suck in, just get determined to look better. I'm determined to look better, and my biggest reason for doing this is that i want to play fullback in college, that is like my dream right now, and so far, things are in order. P.S. I want to get down to about 200-210. when i do, ill be sure to post pics somewhere with a diary type thing. thanks for listening, bye. |
