ok im using ps and i just got it from my friend but everytime i try 2 make a banner and use a brush its this little tiny spot..but when i get like a beyonce picture out then it will come back 2 the regular brush what is the problem???

Question, is your picture at full-size? (use the magnifying glass to check.)
 Happens to me sometimes. You might also want to reset the tool. Photoshop likes to save weird settings.
