ok im using ps and i just got it from my friend but everytime i try 2 make a banner and use a brush its this little tiny spot..but when i get like a beyonce picture out then it will come back 2 the regular brush what is the problem???

How large is the brush? If it's one of those huge ones, then it'll show this small dot thing.
Usually with brushes, and it's big/bold enough, it'll show the outline, but sometimes if it isn't bold enough, or is quite large it'll show the small thing. |
