I found this hilarious. She jumps onto a counter at McDonalds and talks jibberish.

"No I will not take a picture with you. You wouldn't kiss my foot so f*** you."
"Stop talking to me, I'm nice."
"Manager, things are going wrong up here."

Wow, she's really drunk. But you can't expect someone to be squeaky clean all the time.

but since she's famous she should realize that little girls look up to her. plus, her songs aren't exactly aimed at her peers who are old enough to drink. they're aimed at like pre-teens and teens. they make up a large majority of her fanbase.

Simpson’s rep didn’t have much a defense only reportedly saying, "A girl should be allowed to buy a burger in peace." Sure she should, but the video pretty much speaks for itself. Maybe the next time she spends the evening drinking she should send her assistant off to McDonald’s to pick up her order. This might save her the embarrassment of having the video footage splashed all over the Internet and television.

The younger Simpson explained her counter-crawling behavior -- which was caught on his phone's video camera and spread on the Internet in November -- as the result of her being "a little tipsy."

"I was being a little, you know, silly and crazy that day," Ashlee told the mag. "I was laughing and joking around, and the guy behind me in line was like, 'Uh, you're gross' -- but he didn't know who I was until I turned around. ... So then he was like, 'Can I have my picture with you?' And I was like, 'Dude, you called me gross!' " (In the clip, Simpson tells him she won't take a picture with him because he won't kiss her feet).

Simpson said she wasn't aware that the camera was rolling the whole time, and she regrets the way it makes her look ("They definitely [edited] stuff together").

what the hell could have justified her acting like that? what was edited in or out?
