I was just curious but did anyone ever hear about this? Ok so if you had a toostie roll pop and on the wrapper if it had a Indian shooting a star you would get a free bag of tootsie roll pops if you sent the wrapper to the company in the mail? I remember in 3rd grade when my teacher did that..but she didn't get any back. Well anyways yesterday I went on to this site [urban legends] and they had an article about it and I guess it was false and it was some type of urban legend...you can read about it here..

My 3rd grade teacher gave us Tootsie Rolls when we did something good or got good grades or behaved.
