Ok. This always seems to be a HUGE problem with me. I'm a very laid-back girl and get along with almost all guys. I'm just a lot closer to them than girls for some reason. Yet, i don't dress like a tomboy anymore, I've developed a more preppy or matching sense of style and i guess become a lot girlier than before, but I still end up the "sister" or best friend. I don't see how I can get around that. I still get the you're a hottie comments but I'm like a sister to most guys I'm interested in. How do I prevent this from happening?

ugh don't u hate that? i totally sympathize.
![]() Since you're already so close, invite him to hang out somewhere, just the two of you, dress a little nicer and drop some hints? I think you have to have some kind of spark, (chemistry, whatever u call it) to begin romantic relationships. that can happen after youve know them for a while but you have to do something different to make them think of you as a girl and not the "dependable sis" guyfriends are amazing to have too tho! don't forget that. ![]() |
