My Comment Box Options

So my comment box worked fine for months, and now today its not working... its prompting people with

"you must be someones friend to comment"

Ive used two different codes for comment boxes..
Here's the current code:

Oh and manual submit doesn't work on ie, and i use ie... plus its not when i try to submit my box, its when people try to leave me comments.
