Ok. This always seems to be a HUGE problem with me. I'm a very laid-back girl and get along with almost all guys. I'm just a lot closer to them than girls for some reason. Yet, i don't dress like a tomboy anymore, I've developed a more preppy or matching sense of style and i guess become a lot girlier than before, but I still end up the "sister" or best friend. I don't see how I can get around that. I still get the you're a hottie comments but I'm like a sister to most guys I'm interested in. How do I prevent this from happening?

act non-sisterly? i've never been the sister...i'm the girl who can't have guy friends because some kind of more-than-friends-thing happens. either i like him, he likes me or we both like each other. each has ended in disaster. i only have one guy friend who is just a friend. you should be lucky that you can have guy friends who just want to be friends!
but what is the problem? you want to have your guy friends all liking you? that is much more trouble than it's worth. just pick out the one guy you like and act flirty and stuff with him. treat him differently. be all huggy and close and stuff with him. |
