Experts say kids his age don’t understand; mother is outraged A 6-year-old boy is getting a lesson on the meaning of sexual harassment long before he’ll be able to spell it. Maybe I'm naive in saying this, but I believe that a three day suspension is way too harsh in this case. In my mind, I don't believe that six-year-olds have it in their conscious thoughts and behaviors to force any type of sexual contact onto another being. I know I didn't. Not for a long time, at that.
