how do you prepare for a big run?
like what do you eat or how do you do your stretches? i have the mile tomorrow first thing in the morning, and i'm not sure what to do before it. oh it was a timed mile at school, forgot to mention that.. a regular mile is fine with me |

I'm in Athletics. I'm really athletic so, I suggest you should stretch well, try to breathe through your nose while running, before the mile don't eat a big ol' breakfast because it HURTS after awhile.
Eat healthy. Drink water. Take your time while running! Pace yourself. I know i'm late but, oh well. I had to run 2 miles today. I'm just fine with it lol. ![]() |
