A friend of mine and I both like these guys and we don't think they like us so we are thinking about asking them to sadies as friends. What do you think they will expect? Because it's not supposed to be a date, but we aren't supposed to just hang out are we? Like, do people dance together on a not a date kind of date? Is asking someone to a dance as a friend even common?

i got stood up once going to a dance with my date, he never showed up.
 anyways, yes i agree with everyone, it is common to go to a dance just as friends. but if you like him why don't you just ask him out on a date |
