my DVD is scratched, any ideas? |

My favorite DVD got scratched. So far, I've tried Windex and a paper towel and toothpaste and a toothbrush (someone said it worked!) my mom bought me a CD cleaner for Christmas but she had no clue what she was buying (I have to walk her through copy and pasting things on the comp!?!)
I was wondering if anyone had found something that worked to "fix" the scratches. BTW, they are big scratches just enough to stop it from playing on my labtop. They aren't grooves or anything crazy. |

By the time you're done looking for something good to fix the scratch, it might just be easier to spend the money to buy a newer version of your favorite movie.
I'm not sure what movie it is, but this might be a good excuse to buy the special edition of your movie if it's out. |
