if a guy likes another girl, while he's still in a relationship, but does not have any feelings for his current "girlfriend" (they just haven't broken up yet) .. do u still consider that cheating?

Cheating would be taking her to the movies, or kissing her or something. Not just thoughts. He would have to actually do somethign to be considered cheating. He should speak up though, I agree, you should be able to handle honesty if you can handle a relationship.
