is it true that if a guy picks on you he likes you? or are there other reasons?

There are different types of picking. Well it depends on age too. Boys in elementary levels picks on girls because they are simply the oppposite sex. In th emiddle of middle school, boys will change their mind about girls and draws this attention towards them. This is more intimate at around this age. So the two types of picking I kno of is, 1) if he's being Rude, then u know he doesn't like you. and 2) flirting, this is usually obvoius that you know he likes you.
