if a guy likes another girl, while he's still in a relationship, but does not have any feelings for his current "girlfriend" (they just haven't broken up yet) .. do u still consider that cheating?

If he doesn't act on his feelings then no, he's not cheating. But if he does then yes. If you're able to handle a relationship, you should be able to handle being honest.
