it depends......he can pick on you because he likes you or he can pick on you because he picks on everyone else or just likes to make fun of you.if he said something ruse/mean/bad about you, i think that person is just a jerk that likes to pick on people -.- .some boys are nice to girls that they like.......i dont know.....such a mystery about minds of boys o.o ooh...maybe you should ask him why he's always picking on you
