so i've never actually tried to play any sports during my entire childhood until i recently decided to attend this volleyball clinic [i'm 15] and i have just about no experience whatsoever. i've just fooled around with a volleyball every now and then. anyways, they tried to teach the ones who had no experience whatsoever how to bump, set, and spike but i couldn't do much of them that well on the first day. they told me what to do but i just can't put them all together in my mind to actually DO it. i think i was the worse one there.
do you think that it's possible for someone that's not athletic to actually become good at least one sport with plenty of practice? edit ohh and any tips would be nice, too. thanks guys! ![]() |

theres a difference between skills you can learn and skills you cannot learn
of course you can become better conditioned but if you dont have natural ability such as hand eye coordination, a quick first step, or quick lateral movement then it will be hard to aquire that |
