Although it was VERY good game, it didn't lived up to the hype. As I stated before, I really thought either team derserved it, I was just rooting for the Seahawks 'cuz it was an NFC team. But Steelers had my respect for an AFC team.
First half was kinda slow. Not much going on. Maybe 1 or 2 big plays. Second half was nice. What Im WISHING for now is that hopefully the Steelers let Antwaan Randle El go, and maybe the Eagles or the Bears could pick him up, I think the Eagles need him more. Again, the icing on the cake with that BEAUTIFUL pass from Antwaan Randle El to Hines Ward. BEST play I've seen in a SuperBowl game. Trick play works once AGAIN. First time ever a WR throws a touchdown pass in a SuperBowl game. BIG PROPS to Antwaan Randle El. And what can I say 'bout "The Bus". You coulnd't write a better ending story. He grew up in his hometown Detroit, he finished his career at Detroit with a SuperBowl win. It's the perfect ending. "The Bus" is now parked in the garage. To the Seahwaks, they too played a great game. In my opinion, I highly doubt this team will make it far next year. The Steelers are just starting. Congrats. to both teams. Congrats. to the MVP, Hines Ward. Congrats. to Mike Cowher. Congrats. to the Steelers. PS. Im on a loosing record streak in the SuperBowl...Since I've started watching the NFL and SuperBowl in 1998 (SuperBowl XXXII), this is how my record is so far: XXXII - Denver 31, Green Bay 24 XXXIII - Denver 34, Atlanta 19 XXXIV - St. Louis 23, Tennessee 16 XXXV - Baltimore 34, N.Y. Giants 7 XXXVI - New England 20, St. Louis 17 XXXVII - Tampa Bay 48, Oakland 21 XXXVIII - New England 32, Carolina 29 XXXIX - New England 24, Philadelphia 21 XL - Pittsburgh 21, Seattle 10 Picks Are In Bold |
