Is it possible? I need to lose weight for Crew and I want to know what is a good way to do it. Just to let you know, I do work out everyday (except sunday) after school doing running or something cardiovascular for long periods of time. Typically for practice, I run for around 30 minutes and we always do a ten minute warm-up run. If we do any less than 30, it's usually timed so I would like to say I get a decent amount of cardio in considering I do it everyday. I am 5'4 and I weight about 125 pounds and I've been at this weight a while. I was the same weight even since I began practice and for some reason I won't go down. Is there anyway way I can lose muscle (I'm not that "diesel", but there I would say I still have a somewhat decent amount) because it has been about two and a half months of me eating good foods and working out and my weight just stays the same.

Stop working out. Your muscle will gets smaller. Work less.

OR

You can overwork your muscle and get them burn ... but you can stun your growth easily.
