 the banner..part u know the scribbly border that is stroked with yellow also the layout part...like where those lines are at?? and i need help with blending pics like that and then putting a texture or a pattern on it... thanks if someone can help btw i use PH0T0SH0P |

For a border like hers you can use the lasso tool and just select parts of the border in a squiggly fashion. Then go sto select>inverse then delete. that part. The go to edit>stroke , or on the layer pallete hit the f then stroke.
For the blending pics you can use any blending tutorial. For a texture over it just make a new layer and paste the texture you want there then change the blending options.
