I know theres like a million topics.
Right now I have a cramp well right now it doesnt hurt as bad but it goes away and comes back,im really hungry and i'm not sure what i should eat I know your not suppose to intake cirtus food,and less salt+sugar? so what CAN i eat? im starving and i`m scard im gonna eat something thats gonna make it wayyy worse.  thank you. |

Well stay away from anything salty. Salt = very bad.
Eat something light, like a bagel, maybe not with the cream cheese. |
