ok, so my frnd sent me a notepad that was all blurred to hide the text.
does anywun kno how to "unblur" it, so the text is visible?? i tried sharpening it...but no such luck =P im pretty sure she simply blurred it on photoshop... errr.. is it possible? haha. |

I'm not sure if this will work, but the blur tool can smooth out the letters.
Set it to 13-14%. |
