I want to learn how to blend like this:

well what program are u using? if u are using photoshop..... select what u want to be blended..... Select>Feather>Pick a number>Ok then if you are only doing part of the image go Select>Inverse>Delete> if not then from the first set of instruction s after u pressed ok.... click delete... hope thats what u wanted to know if not be more specific on what u want n maybe I can help.
