So me and my girlfriend broke up about a year ago and I still do kinda of like her sometimes and sometime I feel like I'm over her. The problem is that she hurt me so bad, I don't know how to talk to a girl I like anymore, and sometimes my ex writes comments on myspace or xanga and I just can't help it but keep reading it every five minutes, even though she hates me, I don't know what to do anymore, i dont know how to talk to a girl I like nor what to do with my ex

i think the thing thats really holding you back is your ex girlfriend. because you keep thinking and talking about her, you have no chance to really go out and talk to other girls and really enjoy yourself. you know what i'm saying? i mean if you just get your ex-girlfriend off of your mind you'll enjoy talking to other girls. i know it sounds hard to try to stop thinking about her, but you never know how much you can do if you don't try. even if you can only stop thinking about her for 3 minutes. any number of seconds count. if you just try, those three minutes will turn into 3 hours. those 3 hours may turn into 3 days. and so on. you never know. just give it a try. and when you're out with a girl you like enjoy HER company. its HER company that you have. so appreciate it.
 ---edit oh by the way. i know that getting someone off your mind even for a few minutes thing works because, well, i've done it before. many times. and it works for me..i surely hope it works for you
