Basically, I have a column'd div for my content to go, however instead of the page just scrolling down and the background repeating itself the actual div box itself has a scroll down bar and is scrolling down the content and not the page.
Any idea how to remove the scrollbar function from the div layer? |

So you want the background to continue to go down and your div to follow?
You can get rid of overflow:auto; in your div & change the height too 100%. For your background make sure its set to repeat , or repeat-y . |
